Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Electronic Check Payments. In addition, we are a verified PayPal and Google Checkout merchant if you prefer these payment methods.

Shipping:

All products are shipped via ground service by FedEx. Packages over 150 pounds ship by common carrier (typically Central, Conway or FedEx Freight). Orders received by 3:00 pm EST typically ship same day. Expedited shipping is available – please contact us.

Returns:

Defective Products/Warranty:

We will handle all warranty returns directly. If you have a defective product, please contact us to arrange for warranty replacement.  We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product and ship a replacement product. An RMA number must be obtained from us to initiate the return process. We will arrange for payment of shipping on both the return and replacement. Defective products must be returned within 14 days of replacement.  Remember, cutting the electrical cord on any product will void the warranty.

New Products:

We will accept new, unused products within 10 days of purchase. We must be notified prior to the return of the product. Returned products are subject to inspection. Products returned as new but have been in service are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.  We cannot accept returns on any product where the electrical cord has been cut.

Used Products:

Please check with us regarding the return of used products as our policy varies depending on product. Generally, we accept used product returns within 10 days of purchase and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.  We cannot accept returns on any product where the electrical cord has been cut.

Privacy Policy:

We protect your personal information as if it was our own. The WaterGardener pledges a safe and worry-free shopping experience. We do not store credit card information. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge. We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any party. We hate spam as much as you do!

We stand behind this goal by providing a 115% Price Match Guarantee!. You can shop with confidence that you will be getting the lowest price available on all your pond supplies!

If you find a lower advertised price on anything we sell, just show us the lower price when you purchase the item and The WaterGardener will provide a 115% refund on the difference between our price and the competitor’s price.

We will even honor this guarantee within 14 days of purchase. If you find a lower advertised price within 14 days of your purchase, just send us an email and we will refund 115% of the price difference.

The price difference calculation is inclusive of shipping costs. For example, if we offer free shipping on a product and the competitor charges for shipping, we will add the shipping cost to the competitor’s price and refund 115% of the difference from our free shipping price.

This guarantee only applies to retailers within the pond and water gardening industry. Auction and/or buy it now sites (such as eBay) are excluded.

The product must be new with similar warranty (if applicable) and must match the manufacturer’s product code. This guarantee does not apply if the competitor’s price violates the manufacturer’s advertised pricing policy.
