Warranty Servicing

The WaterGardener provides warranty servicing for nearly all the products* we sell.  If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from us, just contact us via telephone or email to initiate the warranty replacement process.

In typical cases, The WaterGardener will email a prepaid FedEx shipping label to return the defective product and a replacement product will be shipped at no cost to the customer.  In some cases, a full refund is provided to the customer rather than a replacement (typically in the case where the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer).

* Sequence Pumps and Kasco Marine Floating Fountains are serviced directly from the manufacturer due to the technical nature of these products.  However, The WaterGardener will still assist you in facilitating the warranty process for these products.
